7. No professional advice

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, compliance advice, security advice, or a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.

Any cybersecurity related examples, frameworks, or guidance on the Site are illustrative and may not be appropriate for your environment.

8. Quotes, proposals, and services

Information on the Site is not an offer to provide services on specific terms. Any statements about services, capabilities, response times, pricing, or outcomes are subject to a written agreement signed by Cyrenity.

If you engage Cyrenity for services, those services will be governed by a separate contract, and not these Terms, except where expressly stated.

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to provide it
• You will not submit confidential or sensitive information unless we have explicitly requested it and you are authorized to share it

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrenity’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed $100 USD.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, United States, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

15. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the Site in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions that would prohibit access, and you are not a prohibited or restricted party under applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyrenity regarding the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the Site.
